While many areas of the U.S. are struggling we have a plentiful job market. With this great work economy we see home prices in the stratosphere and still going up. The median home price is now estimated at $800,000 for a single family residence with prices going as high as 40 million in the coastal areas. Orange County buys the most Porsche\’s, Mercedes and Tesla\’s of anywhere in the nation. We live an abundance lifestyle. Anyone looking to have the best of everything will enjoy The OC.
