Downtown Los Angeles CA

Also known as D.T.L.A. and Southern California

Downtown Los Angeles… a vibrant, burgeoning and renewed community! My name is Tiffany Gatto and my ultimate pride is being a part of this lively area.  Everyone that works for or with me, lives, works and plays in their area of expertise. We are each heavily involved in the growth and expansion of our amazing city, and we really do know that it all starts with the community or individual persons. Smart LA Realty\’s focus is heavily on educating those about Downtown. Specifically Downtown but also the the surrounding re – upcoming and coming areas (like Lincoln Heights, Boyle Heights, Dodger Stadium homes and the like) as well as taking part in philanthropic activities to help the issues most city centers ; homelessness; saving abandoned and faded historic theaters ; and architecturally significant buildings that have been deserted for decades. It became has become my passion. Restoring historic theaters which hosted the likes of the original vaudeville acts, to “silent films” followed by the “talkies” with stars like Charlie Chaplin, Rudolph Valentino, Lilian Gish (a downtown staple) and all their cohorts who took great advantage of their privileges of being “stars” of the era. Downtown Los Angeles was the epitome, the center of entertainment in Los Angeles and was an immediate draw.

Los Angeles is HUGE and is an amazingly diverse county. The most interesting part of L.A. is the people that inhabit it. No longer. While I am focused on Downtown Los Angeles, the county is diverse and is part of the entire country\’s movement to rebuild and restore. Each person in my office is handpicked, well known and well liked in their chosen communities. I am most proud of the group of like-minded realtors that I have been able to find and join together in all areas / communities regardless of race, creed, color or religion to the Smart LA Realty company. These individuals are professional, caring residents who want any person moving to Los Angeles to feel the community vibe that we all enjoy.

No one can ignore or deny that with Covid-19 or the protests or the unfortunate following incidents have put Los Angeles in and the real estate community into a new way of life, BUT we are strong and will continue to be here, to rebuild and to strive. We are a burgeoning community growing by leaps and bounds and supported by “BILLIONS” of dollars being poured into dilapidated and forgotten areas…. We all work 24/7 and are delighted to bring joy and education as well as sell real estate to those interested in seeing Los Angeles for what it is… a Hip, Fun, Up-to-Date yet historic world! Ask questions, you will be astounded by the knowledge and interest of myself and my team.

About the Author – Los Angeles Real Estate Agent Tiffany A Gatto

While i was born in Brooklyn, NYC in 1971 and had the privilege of watching the rebuilding and thriving communities of my hometown. I decided to convert (HAHA) into what easterners called a “left coaster” right at the exact time and the amazing reconstruction of my new home, Los Angeles in 1991. This experience really has given me not only the exposure of “two different worlds” but the knowledge to match people with their perfect homes. Moving at the age of 18 to the West Coast (a completely different vibe from NYC!) was interesting at the least but definitely has given me a broad world of contrasts. From Beverly Hills to Downtown LA, Los Angeles is a diverse county filled with an unparalleled history and a myriad of amazing areas and styles to fit everyone\’s perfect wants and needs. As the Founder, Broker and Woman Owned Boutique agency, Smart LA Realty I have worked hard to put together a team of agents, realtors, sales and leasing coordinators , office personnel, etc. that really “get it!”.

Also known as “Agent 99” (for those old enough, a fun take on the old TV show “GET SMART”) I have worked hard to become one of the most respected brokers, expert negotiators, top sales producers and friends to all my neighbors as well as a downtown Los Angeles staple. Over 15 years of experience coupled with a truly client first attitude, I realized that buying real estate in Los Angeles is more than just purchasing a property, it is a personal decision, a movement, a desire in creating a new lifestyle with a focus on continuing to educate those who\’ve never thought Los Angeles might be for them.
