Tom Otor – First Team Real Estate

Tom has been a part of the Real Estate Industry for many years with a great track record. As Tom’s career lunched as an Accountant for Century 21, he became very interested in the Real Estate world. Shortly thereafter, he made the transition into the Real Estate Transaction Coordinator position; where he assisted many Realtors to close their escrow transactions.

From there Tom wanted to expend his horizon by becoming a Loan Processor for a Mortgage company, learning all the ins and outs of the mortgage industry to better service his clients. Before devoting himself to being a Realtor, Tom made one more stop and served as an Escrow and Title Officer. For years Tom managed hundreds of different transactions and advised Realtors, Loan Officers, Buyer and Sellers on how to close their transactions efficiently and smoothly.
