Broker Shan Roberts grew up here in Inland Empire and started his real estate career at Century 21 Beachside in Rancho Cucamonga. Having a home here since 1986 has allowed him to watch the city grow into the bustling community it is today, making Shan Roberts a true area specialist.

Shan Roberts is best know as the broker / owner of his original real estate company The OC Homefinder team in south Orange County. The OC Homefinder Team grew to be one of the largest online real estate companies in south OC area, with over 70 website dedicated to real estate and lending.

With the real estate market finally showing signs of growth Shan Roberts was looking for a new expanding market that would be the next big thing. After much research, Shan feels that Rancho Cucamonga and the surrounding areas has huge growth potential. Coupled with the fact that he grew up in the area and knows it like the back of his hand, led to the easy decisions to open up his real estate service to the Inland Empire.
