Sean Federowicz – Coldwell Banker Landmarks Real Estate

Sean returned to the Vineyard as a year-round resident in 2005 where prior to, he often spent his summer vacations and family holidays since 1981. Before his return, Sean developed a fourteen-year career with several Wall Street investment firms managing the assets of retail and institutional clients. He is a graduate of Gettysburg College, and was awarded his MBA from The Johns Hopkins University. He is an accredited member of the National Association of Realtors, The Cape & Islands Association of Realtors, an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), a Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), and a Coldwell Banker Certified Negotiating Specialist. He is also an avid golfer and boater. Sean performs the role of owner/broker/manager for Coldwell Banker Landmarks, and looks forward to lending his Island knowledge and assistance to your particular real estate needs.
